江苏省城市单纯性肥胖儿童状况与家庭体育影响调查

摘要 本研究主要通过询问调查、医学体检和膳食调查等3种方法对江苏省三类地区单纯性肥胖儿童实施调查,研究结果表明儿童单纯性肥胖的主要危险因素依次为:出生时体重过重,出生后4个月辅食添加过早,生长发育期饮食量过大、进食速度过快、家庭成员不喜欢体育运动。在这些肥胖发生的危险因素中,饮食量过大、过快的相对危险性最高,其次为不参与体育活动。在三类地区中,肥胖在一类地区的发生比例要高于其它两类地区,主要与经济的发展,家庭对子女的喂养方式、饮食观念的不正确引导有关,但对于体育活动的参与量要多于二类、三类地区。 By the ways of enquiry, body examination and meal investigation, this paper researches Simple Obesity Children in three regions of Jiangsu province. The findings show the dangerous elements for simple obesity of children in turn: They are overweight when born; it is too earlier for them being raised assistant food at age of 4-month; they eat too much and too fast when growing up; all the families dislike sports activities Among these elements, eating too much and too fast is the most dangerous one, then it is never having sports activities. Furthermore, findings show obesity children are more in Nanjing and Suzhou than in the other two regions, which is due to the economic development, the way to feed children and misleading of eating values. As to the attitude to sports activities, from the traditional refusing it has changed to encourage children' s participation.
