摘要
当前武术运动已进入了一个崭新的发展阶段,从传统武术运动中逐渐衍生出具备现代竞技运动性质与内涵的现代竞技武术运动。从事现代竞技武术运动并想要在比赛中获胜,首先必须明确现代竞技武术运动的特点与制胜规律。
At present the martial arts is entering a new development stage. The modem athletic martial arts which have the property and content of modem sports, deriving from the traditional martial arts gradually. We are engaged in modem athletic martial arts and want to win in the game, and should first definite what are the characteristics of the modem athletic martial arts and the regula- tion of subduing.
