摘要
阐述在优秀运动队管理中确立关爱理念,构建正面教育与制度管理有机结合的教育模式,以及对运动队实施科学的管理方法,着力把运动员培养成具有奉献精神和充满爱心,并具有爱国、敬业与集体主义精神的人。
The article has set forth its position on management idea, management model to combine positive guidence with system of encouragement and penalties, and management methods, in oeder to cultivating the athletes become the persons that having the spirit of dedication and deep love of country, engage in cause and having collective spirit.
