摘要
在对国内外城市可持续发展指标体系的建立和评价方法进行系统调查和研究的基础上,结合国家生态市指标体系设计出了一套评价生态市可持续发展能力的指标体系。应用AHP方法确定指标体系的权重。为表示生态市的实现度和与目标的差距,采用距离函数模型对生态市可持续发展能力进行评价,建立了科学有效的生态市可持续发展指标体系和评价方法,更好地保障和促进生态市建设的顺利进行。
The sustainable development index system and the assessment methodology of the city were surveied and studied systemically, Then an index system was designed and set considering national eco-city index system, which suited to assess the ability of ecocity sustainable development. The weight of sustainable development index system was confirmed by AHP. In order to decide the reali- zation degree and the distance of the construction of eco-city, the distance function model was introduced to assess the ability of eco-city sustainable development. Eeo - city sustainable development index system and assessment methodology were set up, which were scientific and available, This can guarantee and promote the implementing of Eco-city.
