摘要
研究了氧化微波辐射联用脱除柴油中硫化物的方法,在复合溶剂用量为理论用量的10.0倍,剂油体积比0.6:1,压力0.5MPa,恒压时间6min,辐射功率300W的最佳工艺条件下,柴油的脱硫率可达72.3%,回收率为99.3%,与单独氧化无微波辐射的条件相比,脱硫率提高56.9%。
The method on desulfurization from diesel oil using microwave irradiation is researched. When the dosage of the compound solvent is 10.0 times as much as that of academic, the ratio of solvent-to-oil is 0.6 : 1, the pressure is 0.5 MPa, the radiant time on the constant pressure is 6 min, the microwave power is 300 W, the rate of desulfurization will be reached 72.3% and recovery can reach 99.3%. It is a 56.9% higher than the result there was no microwave irradiation.
