研究生就业压力调查分析及对策探讨

An Investigation of Postgraduate Students' Job-hunting Pressures and Its Countermeasures——With Reference to Postgraduate Students from GDUFS

近年来,由于毕业研究生数量与社会有效需求的矛盾等原因,研究生就业的压力逐年增大。为此,我们对我校2006届毕业研究生进行了问卷调查,本文通过对研究生就业压力调查分析,认为高校亟需加强引导毕业生转变就业观念和提供完善的就业指导服务等面的工作,同时提出加强毕业研究生就业心理压力疏导等对策,帮助研究生应对就业压力。

Recent years have witnessed the increasing competitiveness of the job market for postgraduate students due to the contradiction between the increase of the number of students in colleges and universities and the comparatively less demand of graduated students from the society. To better understand the phenomenon, we have conducted a questionnaire among postgraduates of 2006 in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies （GDUFS）. Through the analysis of the results, we find that the following things need to be urgently done： 1 ） to help postgraduate students to change their atdtndes towards job hunting; 2） to offer them better services in the process of job-hunting; 3） to help them relieve themselves of psychological pressures; 4） to cultivate their ability to face the pressure of job hunting.
