摘要
研究了一种催化分光光度法测定痕量汞的新方法,该方法建立在汞能催化亚铁氰化钾分解生成Fe^2+,生成的Fe^2+又与铁氰化钾反应生成蓝色胶体溶液的基础上的。其检出限为9.8×10^-7g/L;线性范围为0~0.5μg/10ml。
The study gives a catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace mercury. The method is based on the catalytic effect of mercury on the resolution of K4 [Fe (CN)6] and the coloring reaction of Fe^2+ with K3[Fe(CN)6]. The limit of detection is 9.8×10^-7μ g/L and the linear range is 0×0.5 μg/10 ml.
