摘要
用自然平皿沉降法对佛山市10个室内外空气测点作了微生物含量的测定,结果显示平均室外空气的细菌、真菌、总菌含量及F/T分别为25 466.6,1 506.0,25 616.6 cfu/m3和5.9%,室内分别为16 823.2,681.5,17 504.7 cfu/m3和3.9%。说明佛山市空气处于中度微生物污染状态,部分测点显示其空气已受到严重污染,空气微生物污染以细菌为主,探讨了其成因,并提出相应的措施。
The outdoor/indoor air-borne microbial indexes over 10 sampling points were determined by using the method of gravity plate in Foshan city. The result shows that the average outdoor air-borne bacterial (B), fungous (F), total microbial counts (T) and F/T were 25 466.6,1 506.0,25 616.6 cfu/ m^3 and 5.9%, indoor were 16 823.2,681.5,17 504.7 cfu/m^3 and 3.9% respectively. It is verified that the air of Foshan city has been in an unfavorable middle situation polluted with microbes, air environment is in state of serious pollution. The air microbial pollution was caused mainly by bacteria. And the causes of formation were probed. It is necessary to strengthen environmental consciousness and use effective measures to decease environmental pollution.
