摘要
良好的学校文化运行机制是构建高校和谐校园的保障。要实现这一目标,就必须从学校文化建设机制、学校文化协调机制、学校文化管理机制三方面着手。
（ A sound operating mechanism of school culture is the guarantee for establishing harmonious campuses. To achieve this target, school culture-establishing mechanism, cultural coordinating mechanism, and cultural management mechanism should be established.
