摘要
权力制约是建设社会主义法制国家的一个重大理论和实践问题。权力制约与社会主义法制存在着本质的必然的联系,厘清两者的内在关系,对于推进依法制国有重要的现实意义。
Power constraint is an important theoretic as well as practical issue in constructing a socialist country under the rule of law. It has essential and inevitable ration with the socialist legal system. Strengthening out well the inter-relation between the two wilt have important realistic significance for propelling the course of ruling a nation legally.
