十年探索时期党的知识分子政策述评

Reviewing on the Policy for Intellectuals in the Decade Building

建党以来,中国共产党一直比较重视发挥知识分子的作用,使之成为革命和建设胜利的重要保证。但是1956年到1966年“文革”之前的全面建设社会主义的十年探索时期,知识分子政策的贯彻执行出现了偏差和摇摆,对党的事业产生了负面影响。其间虽然也进行了反思和调整,但并未完全回到正确的轨道上来。认真总结这一时期党的知识分子政策的得失,对于我们建设有中国特色的社会主义和谐社会具有特殊的意义。

Since the foundation of Communist Party of China, our Party has been attaching great value to the intellectuals,making them become important guarantee of the success of the revolution and the construction. But during the ten year of comprehensive constructing socialism in 1956 to 1966 before the Cultural Revolution,the practice of intellectual policy appeared deviation and sway, which caused negative influence on the Party＇s enterprise. During this time, although the intellectual policy also was reconsidered and adjusted, it did not return to the correct track. It has special significance to the construction of harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristic if we carefully summarize the gain and loss of our Party＇s intellectual policy in that period.
