我国新闻出版业的产权制度改革模式研究

On Property System Reform Mode in Chinese Publishing Industry

总结我国国有出版业产权制度改革的成就和问题之后,认为国有出版企业改革要借鉴一般国有企业改革的经验和模式,不走弯路。针对出版改革的阶段性,提出了一般出版企业的股份制改革模式、大型出版企业集团的产权多元组合改革模式、中小出版企业的MBO改革模式和股权激励改革模式。

After the summing-up of the achievements and problems of property system reform of stateowned publishing industry, the thesis points out that to avoid detour, we should learn from the experience and mode of the general state-owned enterprises. In view of the processes of the publishing industry reformation, this thesis raises a series of modes for reference, such ＂as stock reform mode for general publishing enterprises,multi-elements reform mode for large-scale publishing enterprises, MBO reform mode for medium publishing enterprises,and stock right stimulation reform mode.
