摘要
多元化经营是指一家公司同时生产经营两种或两种以上的产品或服务,又称多角化或多样化经营。是企业发展的一项重要经营战略。我国企业多元化经营取得了令人瞩目的成就,但从总体上看,尚处于低水平阶段。在发展过程中存在着许多困难和障碍,有许多外在的和内在的影响因素及表现形式。通过对多元化经营的理论基础进行研究,分析了多元化经营的作用,多元化经营需考虑的因素,以及企业如何实施多元化经营等问题。
Diversified management means a company produces or provides two or more than two kinds of products or services. It can be also called multi-field management. This is a crucial operating strategy to the development of a company. Though diversified management of companies in China has obtained great success, it is still in low-level phase. There appear lots of difficulties and obstacles during its development, and diversified management is affected by various exterior and interior factors, moreover it has diverse manifestation. By carrying on research on the theoretical basis of diversified management, this thesis analyzes its function and factors that should be considered in diversified management, and then how to carry it out.
