摘要
目的:观察系统化健康教育在脑卒中吞咽困难患者康复中的效果。方法:将60例患者分为两组,对照组采用常规护理组,实验组常规健康教育的基础上进行系统化健康教育。出院时对两组患者吞咽功能恢复程度进行比较。结果:两组吞咽功能恢复程度比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:系统化健康教育促进患者吞咽功能恢复,有效防止误咽,增加患者对生活的信心,积极配合训练,促进疾病全面恢复,从而提高了生活质量。
Objective : To observe the effect of systematized healthy education in the rehabilitation therapy with dysphagia. Methods: 60 were divided into two groups, conventional nursing was used in the control group, while systematize healthy individual education was used in the experiment group in addition. The recovery level of swallowing function were compared between two groups. Results: It's significant differences between the two groups (P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion: Systematized healthy education reduce the complications and the rate of disability, help the patients swallow function to recover, match train aggressive, promote disease to recover completely and improve the living quantity.
