摘要
API Spec 11E《抽油机规范》及SY/T 5044《游梁式抽油机》中已列入前置型抽油机的计算公式,并规定了抽油机的旋向及曲柄相位角,它对曲柄只规定了一个旋向,且相位角为超前,但在实际应用中,所配备的动力机与已规定的方向不一致,为此,有必要对前置型抽油机进行两个旋转方向,且相位角分超前和滞后等四种情况计算分析,从而得出正确的实施方案,经分析表明:API Spec 11E《抽油机规范》及SY/T 5044《游梁式抽油机》中规定的前置型抽油机的旋转方向为唯一方向。
Computational formula of prebeam unit has been included in API Spee 11E Pumping Unit Specification and SY/T 5044 Beam Unit. Rotary direction and crank angular position has been stipulated. Only one rotary direction has stipulated and angular position is ahead. The equipped power machine, however, is not consistent with the stipulated direction in practical. For this reason, correct implement plan have to be achieved through calculation and a- nalysis on the two rotary direction of prebeam unit on the condition of ahead & hysteresis. Analysis shows the rotary direction of prebeam unit stipulated in API Spec 11E Pumping Unit Specification and SY/T 5044 Beam Unit is the only one.
