人本理念:美国私立高校学生事务管理的显著特征——兼与我国现阶段民办高校学生管理之比较

Concept of humanity: the distinguished characteristics of students' affairs administration in American private universities

美国私立高校学生事务管理经过120余年的发展,日益完善且已成熟,形成了管理职业化的特点,管理的理念和目的非常明确,管理体制明晰,管理方式科学民主。以学生为本、服务于学生的学习和发展的人本理念体现在学生事务管理的各个方面。我国现阶段民办高校学生管理工作与之相比,虽然在某些方面具有特色,但是在管理目标、体制和方式等层面上都存在一定的差距。因此,我国民办高校要切实贯彻“以人为本”的管理理念,优化并完善学生管理体制,综合运用多种学生管理方式,实现管理的多元化。

With more than 120 years of development, students＇ affairs administration in American private universities has become perfect and mature and is characterized with professionalization, with definite ideas and targets of administration, clear administrative systems, scientific and democratic administrative methods. Human-based concepts of student-enteredness and service for students＇ study and development are embodied in every aspect of students＇ affairs administration. Compared with this, students＇ affairs administration in the private universities of our country, even with some features in some aspects, still lags behind in targets, systems and methods of administration. Hence, our private universities should earnestly adopt the human-based concept, optimize and perfect student administration system, comprehensively use multiple student administration methods to realize diverse management.
