摘要 双语教学的特殊教学规律要求双语教师必须具备更高的能力及素养,这是能否顺利开展双语教学的前提条件,扎实的专业理论素养、良好的外语综合应用能力、先进的教学理念与方法以及和谐的科学人文精神是高校双语教师的综合素质构件;而外语教师“专业化”、专业教师的“外语强化”、正规化的“基地培养”、外部引进及跨地合作等模式则是建设双语师资队伍的有效途径。 The special law of b quality, which is a determinant comprehensive ability of foreign ilingnal teaching requires bilingual precondition for bilingual teaching. languages, advanced teaching ideas teachers to have higher competence and Solid quality of professional theory, good and methods, as well as harmonious spirits of science and humanity are quality components of university bilingual teachers. The "specialization in other subjects" of foreign language teachers, the "foreign-langnage ability" of specialty teachers, regular training in bases, introduction from outside and inter-area cooperation are effective ways of constructing teams of bilingnal teachers.
