On the Administration of the University’s Capital owned by State

高校国有资产是保证教学、科研及师生员工正常工作生活的物资条件,但长期以来人们对高校的国有资产管理工作不够重视,存在管理队伍薄弱,规章制度不健全等问题。本文从管理体系,仪器设备采购、验收、入库、建帐等方面论述了现在高校国有资产管理中存在的一些弊端并提出了一些初步的改进建议。

the University＇s Capital owned by State is the metal condition to ensure the normal live and work such as teaching and studing .But,the administration of it is not stressed enough all along. There are problems such as the administration team is weak and the rules and reguhttions need to be amplified and so on. This paper discussed some malpractices in the administration of the university＇s capital owned by state from the aspects of such as：the administration system,the purchase and check and accept of apparatus and equipment esc. and suggest some preliminary improve measures.
