摘要
建筑工程的样板在施工中能起到指导施工的作用。样板要体现设计要求,达到指定的质量等级,把抽象的设计要求和繁复的质量标准、规范、规程等具体化、实物化,使全体施工人员,尤其是操作工人看得见、摸得着,便于对照。因而,推行样板管理是保证和促进工程质量不断提高的有力措施,是现场质量管理的重要环节之一,在岳阳沿湖大道工程施工中推行了样板管理,收到了较好的效果。
Templet of building engineering can play the role of guiding construction. Templet should incarnate the requirements of design, achieve the appointed degree, embody and materialize the abstract design and complicated quality standard, criterion and regulations so that the construction staff, especially the operators could see it and feel it in contrast. Hereby actualization of templet management is a powerful measure of ensuring and promoting engineering quality, and is also one of the important steps of quality management on the spot. We have carried out templet management in the construction of the Thoroughfare Along the Lake with good results.
