摘要
目的:观察心安灵对冠脉结扎麻醉犬的保护作用.方法:麻醉犬冠脉结扎复制心肌缺血模型.观察给药后ST段偏移总和(Σ-ST)、ST段抬高≥2mv的个数(N-ST)、LDH、CK释放的变化.结果:心安灵可显著减少冠脉结扎所致的Σ-ST抬高和N-ST增加,同时减少血清中LDH和CK的释放.结论:心安灵对麻醉犬冠状动脉结扎所致的心肌缺血具有明显改善作用.
Objectives ： Research the therapeutical effect of xin anling to ischemic heart of anaesthetic dog. Method ： Block the coronal artery of anaesthetic dog and observe the change of ∑ - ST, N - ST, the release of LDH and CK in serum. Result： Xin anling can impress the increase of ∑- ST and N - ST, and the release of LDH and CK. Conclusion：Xin anling can improve the cardiac ischemia of anaesthetic dog.
