综合性治疗脑出血的疗效观察

The observation of the curative effect of comprehensively treating the cerebral haemorrhage

目的观察综合性治疗脑出血的临床疗效、死亡率及随访疗效。方法将脑出血患者167例,随机分为两组:A组87例,采用综合性治疗。B组80例,采用内科常规治疗。疗程均为45 d,随访半年,对两组临床疗效、死亡率及随访疗效进行比较。结果治疗45 d,有效率:A组87.3%,B组60%;死亡率:A组3.5%,B组12.5%。差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。随访半年,采用神经功能分级法(ADL分级法)评定康复情况,功能恢复至I-Ⅲ级:A组96%,B组67.1%,差异亦具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论综合性治疗脑出血的临床疗效明显优于内科常规治疗,且随访疗效满意,降低了死亡率,减少了致残率,提高了生存质量。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensively treating the cerebral haemorrhage, death rate as well as the curative effect of following up the case by regular visits. Methods 167 patients with cerebral haemorrhage are divided into two groups at random. 87 patients in group A are treated comprebensitvely while in Group B 80 patients are treated with the routine internal medicine. The course of treatment is 45 days, and case is followed up by regular visits within half a year. then the clinical curative effect, death rate and the curative effect of following up the case by regular visits between the two groups are compared. Results After 45 days of treatment, the efficiency in Group A is 87. 3%, while in group B 60%. The death rate in Group A is 3.5%, while in Group B 12.5%. It is ovbvious that there are differences between the two kinds of treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After the case is followed up by regular visits for half a year, the hierarchical law of the neural function （ ADL hierarchical law ） is adopted to evaluate the situation of recovering. 96% of the patients up to Group A can resume their function up to Grape Ⅰ - Ⅱ while in Group B 67.1% of the patients up to Grade Ⅰ - Ⅲ. So it is also obvious that there are differences between the two kinds of treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusin The clinical curative effect of comprehensivly treating the cerebral haemorrhage is obviously superior to that routine intemud medicine, and the curative effect of following up the case by regular visits is satisfying, the death rate and the disabling rate have been reduced, and the quality of surviving has been improved.
