采血时静脉穿刺两种持针方法的比较

目的探讨静脉穿刺的持针方法。方法将1 600人次无偿献血者随机分为观察组和对照组,各800人次,观察组采用改良持针法行静脉穿刺,对照组采用传统持针法行静脉穿刺。结果观察组较对照组行静脉穿刺时间短(u=30.51,P<0.01),疼痛反应减轻,一次性成功率无显著性(χ2=0.16,P>0.05)。结论改良持针法可缩短穿刺时间,能减轻献血员的痛苦,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the methods of holding needle in venipuncture. Methods 1600 blood donors were separated into observation groups and control groups randomly, Each group had 800 people, The observation groups hold needle in improving way, The control groups hold needle in traditional way, Results In observation groups, the veinpencture lime was less （ u = 30, 51, P 〈 0.01 ） and pain was relieved, But the once success tale had no significance（χ^2 = 0, 16, P 〉 0.05 ）, Conclusion Holding needle in improving way may shorten the veinpencture time and relieve the blood donors, The method is worth spreading.
