摘要 上世纪90年代,西部矿业有限责任公司主管人力资源的副总裁王景光最初了解的锡铁山矿物局(西部矿业前身),当时的企业非常困难,“连工资都发不出来,国家已经批准它准备闭坑了,工人也准备转岗,或被安排其它的工作。”西部矿业作为传统的资源型企业,主要业务是有色金属矿山的地勘,采选。 Established during Qing dynasty, Westming Co. LTD was almost shut down because of poor performance. At that time, this company could not find the new mine and could not support its staff any more. But nowadays, this old-typed state-owned enterprise revived because it adopted flexible talents introduction system. According to CHO Wang Jingguang from this company, Westming's new competitiveness lies in three teams: the top management team, that is the board of directors; the middle management team and technical team. All those teams need talents from outside. After share-reforms, Westmining is less controlled by local government, which gives the company freedom to spot the talents it need.
