摘要
目的探讨CD44V6在肠癌组织中的表达及与血管形成的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测CD44V6、MVD在57例大肠腺癌、16例腺瘤癌变、62例肠腺瘤及17例正常黏膜中的表达情况并进行分析。结果CD44V6的阳性表达率在腺癌中为45.6%(26/57),腺瘤为58.1%(36/62),腺瘤恶变为75.0%(12/16),正常黏膜为5.9%(1/17);腺癌中MVD值为24.65±7.84。腺癌中CD44V6与MVD的表达有明显的相关性(P〈0.01),而且二者的表达与肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移、浸润深度与分化程度密切相关。结论CD44V6在肠癌的表达与肿瘤血管形成密切相关,联合检测CD44V6与MVD将有助于筛选具有浸润复发转移的肿瘤,可作为一项辅助指标用于估测预后及指导治疗。
Objective To study the relationship between angiogenesis and CD44V6 expression in human colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of CD44V6 and microvessel density (MVD) was detected and analyzed by immunohistochemical staining (S-P method) in 57 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, 78 cases of colorectal adenoma, and 17 cases of normal mucosa. Results The positive expression rate of CD44V6 was 45.6% (26/57) in colorectal adenocarcinoma, 58.0% (36/62) in colorectal adenoma, 75.0%(12/16) in colorectal adenoma malignance, 5.9% (1/17) in normal mucosa. MVD was 24.65±7.84 in colorectal adenocarcinoma. The expression of CD44V6 in colorectal adenocarcinoma was associated with its MVD (P〈0.01). There was significant correlation with tumor size, lymph node metastases, infiltrating depth and differentiation of tumor cells. Conclusions These results indicate that the expression of CD44V6 is related to angiogenesis of tumor. Our results suggest that the detection of CD44V6 and MVD may play an important role in selecting neoplasia which is inclined to infiltrate and metastasis, and may be a supplementary item for the evaluation of progrosis and guidance of clinical therapy.
