摘要
40只SD大鼠随机分为4组(n=10),即空白对照组、地塞米松及氢化可的松免疫抑制隐孢子虫感染组、非免疫抑制隐孢子虫感染组。免疫抑制感染组和非免疫抑制感染组大鼠一次口服接种1×103个/ml卵囊1ml,空白对照组口服1ml生理盐水。于感染前(0d)和感染后2、7、13、19d采集血样,检测大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。结果表明:大鼠接种隐孢子虫后,免疫抑制感染组大鼠CAT活性在感染后缓慢下降,但与空白对照组相比变化不明显;MDA含量高于空白对照组(P<0.05),SOD活性低于空白对照组(P<0.05);而GSH-Px活性先升高后降低。非免疫抑制感染组大鼠和空白对照组相比无显著差异。
40 rats were randomly divided into control group, Hydrocortisone and Dexamethasone immuneinhibition infection groups, no immunenhibition infection group. The two latter groups' rats were dosed orally 1×10^3 Cryptosporidiums, control group rats were not dosed. Pre-infection 0 day and post-infection 2,7,13 and 19days, the blood samples were collected to determine MDA, SOD, GSH-Px and CAT. Results showed that Immune-inhibition infection group rats post-infection Cryptosporidium, the serum CAT activity dropped. But control group rats were no obvious change .The content of MDA was higher control group (p〈 0.05), but SOD activity was lower (p〈0.05).GSH-Px activity was increased then decreased .No immune- inhibition infection and control groups rats weren't significant.
