Screening and Identification of Chitinase-producing Aureobacterium Flavescens F_2 against Some Plant Pathogens

从土壤中分离到1株细菌,在几丁质平板上产生明显透明圈,经平板抑菌测定对长蠕孢霉、黄瓜枯萎病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、小麦赤霉病菌等多种病原真菌具明显抑制作用,该菌经形态学及生理生化特性鉴定,初步定为浅黄金杆菌(Aureobacteriumflavescens)。是一种新的几丁质酶产生菌和生防菌。

A chintinase-producing strain was screened by performing the plate transparent cycle method from strains isolated from soil. One A ureobacterium obviously exhibited antagonism against numerous pathogens such as Helminthosporinm.sp, F. axysporum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Gibberella zeae. The certain Aureobacterium had proven to be a new chitinase-producing bacterium, which was identified as Aureobacterium flavesnes by morphological and physiochemical characteristics.
