天山北坡经济带城乡产业关联性综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation on Harmonious Development of Urban-rural Industry in the Northern Slope Economic Zone of Tian Mountain

从城乡产业协调的新视角,综合运用SPSS相关分析和灰色关联度分析方法,对新疆天山北坡经济带11市县的城乡产业关联性进行了多层面的综合研究。结果表明该经济带第一产业与第二、三产业的相关性较强;种植业、牧业与经济带农业的相关性也较强;工业与农业整体上呈较强的正相关性,但部分市县呈负相关性。在此基础上,提出了以工业思维发展农业,以推进农业产业化,促进城乡产业协调发展。

In this paper, from the new visual angle of harmonious development of urban-rural industry, the relativity of urban-rural industry in Tian Mountain North Slope economic zone in Xingjian was evaluated at different levels by SPSS and grey related degree,analytical methods. In the economic zone, higher relativity was found between the first and the second, third industry, and that was also shown among the planting, animal husbandry and agriculture. In general, higher positive relativity existed between industry and agriculture, but, negative relativity was found in few cities and countries. Based on the analysis, it was proposed that the agricultural should develop with industrial model, which could expedite the agricultural industrialization to promote the urban-rural industry to harmonious development.
