总结了目前中国存在的一次性货币补偿安置、重新择业补偿安置、农业生产补偿安置、入股分红安置、异地移民安置和“征地保障”安置方式等六种补偿安置方式,分析了不同补偿安置方式的利弊和适用的条件,最后指出以后的补偿安置不是采用单一的方式,而是根据不同地区社会经济发展水平以及处于不同年龄段的失地农民的不同需要,选择不同的组合方式。

This paper summarizes six ways of compensation and settlement to the farmers for land expropriation. And then it analyses the pros and cons and service condition of each way of compensation and settlement. Lastly, the paper points out that the way of compensation and settlement for the future is not the single way hut the mode of combination of different ways as different areas, different economic and social development and different demands of peasants lost land at different ages.
