摘要
概述了自第一株转基因小麦问世以上转基因小麦研究取得的巨大进展,简要介绍了基因枪法、农杆菌介导法和花粉管通道法等基因转化方法,对转基因技术在获得抗除草剂、抗病虫、抗逆、改良品质和雄性不育转基因小麦植株等方面的应用情况进行了回顾,指出了转基因小麦研究中存在的主要问题,展望了转基因小麦前景。
This paper summarizes great progress in study of transgenic wheat (Triticum aestivtivum L.) since the first plant of transgenic wheat appeared in the world. The major methods for transferring genes into wheat plants such as micro-projectile bombardment, pollen-tube pathway and agrobacterium tumetaciens are described briefly in this paper. From several aspects of applying transgenic technology to improve wheat characters such as quality, male sterility, resistance to herbicide, disease, insect and adverse condition, its application in hereditary improvement of wheat has been reviewed and the existent problems of the research on wheat transformation are pointed out. Finally, the perspective of its application in hereditary improvement of wheat is also discussed.
