摘要
针对车辆焊接结构重载后导致的疲劳断裂问题,提出了车辆产品设计阶段的虚拟疲劳实验对策.基于可靠的有限元数值仿真模型,以及美国AAR标准中的载荷谱、焊接接头的S-N曲线数据库,以重载新型敞车为应用对象,在设计阶段对其进行了疲劳寿命预测,预测结果表明该车确实存在疲劳寿命薄弱部位.实现了真正意义上的货车寿命设计.
Focusing on the issue of fatigue cracks occurred on the welding structure of freight wagon, the approach for pseudo fatigue test is presented in the design course of freight wagon. On the basis of a reliable finite element model, the load spectrum as specified in AAR standard and the S-N Curve database for welding joints, regarding the new type of heavy haul open top wagon as the analysis object,fatigue life prediction is conducted in the design phase. The prediction results indicate the existance of unreasonable fatigue life among different locations in the wagon structure, which advieves the goal of life design for the first time in China freight wagon.
