摘要
利用通用接触疲劳实验机,通过实验模拟合理设计出滚子接触边缘效应实验试件,用实验证明了直母线滚子接触受载后存在边界应力集中现象,即:所谓的“边缘效应”;间接证明了深穴滚子结构可以降低或避免滚子接触“边缘效应”,从而提高零部件的接触疲劳寿命.
Test parts were designed with the help of experiment, simulation and the experiments on contact edge effect were couducted using general contact fatigue test machine. The experiment results prove that the ends of the roller exist in stress concentrations, wich indirectly proves that deep cavity structure can decrease or prevent the stress concentrations to improve fatigue life of the parts .
