2005年河南省胸科医院院内感染监测结果分析

Analysis on Survey of Nosocomial Infection in Henan Chest Hospital in 2005

目的了解胸科医院院内感染疾病发生情况,加强院内感染的控制。方法按照国家卫生部制定的《院内感染监测管理规范》实施,对2005年院内感染监测资料进行了统计分析。结果院内感染率为3.6%。院内感染疾病以上呼吸道(34.5%)、下呼吸道(24.9%)、手术切口(20.3%)、胃肠道(7.3%)为主,1季度上呼吸道院内感染明显较高、4季度下呼吸道院内感染明显较高。外科院内感染明显高于内科,胸外科和心外科间手术切口感染无差异。手术切口院内感染不受季节影响,明显受手术切口的洁净程度影响。结论胸科医院应加强呼吸道院内感染的控制,即加强空气消毒工作,同时外科应重视手术切口感染的控制工作,以降低院内感染率。

Objective To find out the prevalence of nosocomial infectious diseases in Henan Chest Hospital, and to strengthen their control. Methods We analysed the surveillance data in 2005 on the nosocomical diseases, according to the surveillance program on the nosocomial transmission that the National Health Ministry made. Results The nosocomial transmission rate is 3.6% . The major nosocomial infectious diseases are the infections of upper （34. 5% ） and lower（24. 9% ） respiratory tract. The rate of the surgical incision infection is 20. 3%. Conclusion We should strengthen the controlling of the nosocomial transmission of respiratory tract in Henan Chest Hospital, and the air sterilizing . And the controlling of the surgical incision infection should be valued in the surgical department at the same time.
