废旧电池共沉淀法制备锰锌铁氧体 被引量:2

Preparation of Mn-Zn Ferrites from Spent Batteries by Coprecipitation Method

摘要 以废旧锌锰电池为原料,采用草酸铵共沉淀法进行了锰锌铁氧体的制备研究。研究表明,制备锰锌铁氧体的适宜条件为:共沉淀温度50~60℃;pH为3.5~4;煅烧温度1080~1150℃;煅烧时间为4~6h。借助于XRD、IR、SEM、TEM和VSM等手段对产物形貌、结构以及产物的磁性能进行了分析和表征,结果表明:所得产物的平均粒径约为28.5nm,产物的饱和磁化强度为53.1924(emu/g),矫顽力为1280A/m。 The preparation of manganese-zinc ferrite from spent Zn-Mn batteries by coprecipition method was studied. The suitable preparing conditions were: coprecipition temperature, 50 - 60℃ ; coprecipition pH value, 3.5 - 4; calcining temperature, 1080 - 1150℃ and calcining time, 4 - 6 h. The structure and magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite powders obtained were investigated by XRD, IR, SEM, TEM and VSM techniques. The mean crystallite size of Mn- Zn ferrites was 28.5 nm and the saturation intensity of magnetization and the coercive force of the Mn-Zn ferrite obtained were 53. 1924 (emu/g) and 1280 A/m, respectively.
