摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中土霉素、四环素和金霉素残留量的方法。乳制品中的蛋白经沉淀除去,所得清液采用C18柱分离测定,流动相为乙腈.磷酸二氢钠,流速0.5mL/min,梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长355nm。当土霉素、四环素和金霉素的质量浓度不大于2.00μg/mL时,其峰面积与浓度之间存在良好线性关系。方法检测限:土霉素为15.0μg/kg、四环素为20.0μg/kg、金霉素为18.0μg/kg。回收率为86.0%~102.3%。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of oxytetracycline,tetracycline, chlortertracycline residues in milk products. The protein in samples was removed through precipitaion and the clear part was used for analysis by RP-HPLC. The chromatographic analysis was carried out using a C18 column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The flow rate was 0.5 mL/ rain and the detection wavelength was 355 nm. The operating curve was linear over the range of 0 - 2.00 μg/mL. The detection limits of oxytetraeyeline tetracycline and chlortetracycline were 15.0 μg/kg, 20.0 μg/kg and 18.0 μg/kg, respectively.The recovery was in the range of 86.0% - 102.3%
