摘要
抗氧剂二(2,4-二枯基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯(简称852)的合成包括两步反应:(1)α-甲基苯乙烯与苯酚在强酸性催化剂作用下发生芳环的烷基化反应生成2,4-二枯基苯酚(2,4-DCP),收率为78.3%;(2)2,4-二枯基酚与三氯化磷、季戊四醇反应形成852,收率为79.9%,产品外观为白色粉末状流动固体,熔点为231.5°C,磷含量7.36%,酸值为0.72 mg KOH/g。通过TGA测定热失重率、水解稳定性试验以及与主抗氧剂1010、1076复合对PP加工热稳定性的影响试验,结果表明其性能优于6261、68。
Antioxidant bis(2,4-dicumylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite (852) was synthesized by two steps: ( 1 ) aryl- alkylation of a-methylstyrene with phenol in the presence of strong acid catalysts gave 2,4-dicumylphenol in 78.3 % yield; (2) 852 was obtained in 79.9% yield by reacting with phosphorous chloride and pentaerythrtiol, and the product is a white flowing powder, whose mp is 231.5℃, P content is 7.36%, and acid value is 0.72 mg KOH/g. Testing results of thermal weight loss rate (TGA), hydrolytical stability and processing stability of PP is cooperation with antioxidant 1010 and 1076 showed that the property of 852 was superior to 626 and 168.
