中度以上烧伤抑郁状况调查及影响因素分析

A correlation study in burned patients over middle degree and depression

目的了解中度以上烧伤患者发生抑郁的状况,明确抑郁与相关因素的关系,制订有效的护理对策。方法采用内外向性格测验问卷、Zung编制的抑郁自评量表(SDS),对112例中度以上烧伤的住院患者进行调查,并采用描述性、相关性研究方法分析抑郁发生与相关因素的关系。结果中度以上的烧伤患者在早期抑郁发生率为94.6%,在后期抑郁发生率为97.3%;烧伤后期与早期SDS比较,烧伤后期抑郁的发生与烧伤部位呈正相关,与文化程度呈负相关。结论中度以上烧伤患者的抑郁发生率高;烧伤患者的心理创伤并不随躯体损伤的修复而康复。

Objective To study depression in burned patient over middle degree, to make clear the correlated factors of depression and make a effective nursing management. Methods 112 cases of burned patient over middle degree were studied and evaluated by the introversion and extroversion questionnaires and self-rating depression scale （SDS） and analyzed the occurrence of depression and correlated factors with descriptive correlation study. Results The occurrence rates of depression were 94.6 % in early-stage and 97.3 % in late-stage. Compared the SDS in latestage with in early-stage; The occurrence of depression in late-stage was positively correlated with the location of the burn, and negatively correlated with the knowledge of patients. Conclusion The occurrence of depression is high in burned patients over middle degree. The psychological trauma would not recover with body injury recover.
