辨证分型治疗脂肪肝临床分析

Dialectical treatment fatty liver clinical analysis according to different types

目的观察辨治分型治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法观察组中医辨治治疗,分肝气郁结、痰湿内阻、湿热内蕴、瘀血阻络、阴虚肝郁五型治疗;对照组采用常规治疗。结果中医辨治分型治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率72%(P<0.05)。结论辨治分型治疗脂肪肝有较好疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of distinguishes treatment in fatty liver. Methods The observation group were treated by Chinese medicine distinguishes treatment, liver-qidepression, humid sputum inside obstruct, humid fever contain, blood stasis hold back, yin deficient liver strongly fragrant five treatments. Antitheses group were treated by the conventional treatment. Results In the Chinese medicine distinguishes treatment group total effectiveness was 96 %, in antitheses group total effectiveness 72 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Distinguishes treatment in fatty liver has the good curative effect and deserve extensive use.
