黄芪注射液对小鼠中毒性心肌炎的保护作用

摘要 目的研究黄芪注射液(AI)对中毒性心肌炎的保护作用。方法建立小鼠阿霉素(ADR)中毒性心肌炎模型,记录实验结束时小鼠存活率和心电图改变,测定血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活力,同时进行形态学观察。结果ADR可致小鼠存活率明显降低,心电图出现特异性改变,同时ADR使小鼠体重明显降低(P<0.01),ADR还可使血清CK-MB、CK和GOT活力显著升高(P<0.01)。AI能逆转ADR所致的上述改变,表现为提高小鼠存活率和体重,剂量依赖性降低血清CK-MB、CK和GOT活力。病理检查发现AI对ADR中毒性心肌炎有很好的保护作用。结论AI能拮抗ADR所致的小鼠中毒性心肌炎,其作用机制可能与抗心肌脂质过氧化有关。 Objective To study the protective effects of Astragah,s injection (AI) on adriamycin (ADR)-induced toxic myocarditis in mice. Methods ADR was injected intraperitoneally to induce myocardium injury model in mice. The survival rate and the ECG changes were observe& The activities of creatine kinase isoenzymes (CK-MB), creatine kinase (CK) and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) were measured. Results ADR induced severe myocardial damages with the increasing activities of CK-MB,CK and GOT (P〈0.01) ,meantime ADR decrease the survival rate. The AI can enhance the survival rate, reduce the myocardial histopathologic injury, decrease the serum cardiac enzymes. In addition, the changes of myocardial pathological damages were improved by AL Conclusion AI may have therapeutic effects on experimental ADR-induced toxic myocarditis in mice, and its mechanism would be related to cytoprotective action.
