摘要
目的检测糖尿病大鼠学习与记忆成绩及海马神经元凋亡情况,探讨糖尿病对学习与记忆影响的机制。方法Wistar大鼠共24只,随机分成2组,对照组12只,糖尿病组12只,糖尿病组用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制模,满12周后,用Y-迷宫检测大鼠学习与记忆成绩,处死动物取脑,应用TUNEL法、HE染色及图像分析技术对大鼠海马进行观察。结果糖尿病组大鼠学习成绩降低(P<0.05),海马神经元数目较正常组减少(P<0.05),并出现TUNEL法阳性细胞。结论海马神经元凋亡可能是糖尿病大鼠学习与记忆障碍的机制之一。
Objective To observed the record of learning and memory and neural apoptosis in diabetic rats, and to study the influencing mechanism of diabetes on learning and memory. Methods 24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups : 12 rats as the control and 12 as the STZ diabetes group. 12 weeks later, the learning and memory were detected by Y-maze and Tunel, HE staining and image-analysis of brain tissue also were used. Results The record in learning in diabetic group was lower than in control group (P〈0. 05), hippocampal neurons was decreased and showed postive TUNEL cells. Conclusion Apoptosis of hippocampal neurons may influence on learning and memory function of diabetic rats.
