骨质疏松性骨折愈合过程中骨保护素的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察骨质疏松性骨折愈合不同阶段中骨保护素(OPG)的表达,探讨OPG在该过程中的作用。方法8月龄雌性大鼠40只,随机分为卵巢切除组和假切组,相同条件喂养3个月后造骨折模型,分别于术后第10d、第20d、第30d、第40d取骨痂,通过RT-PCR及ELISA检测骨质疏松性骨折及正常骨折愈合过程中骨痂OPG表达。结果OPG在骨质疏松性骨折愈合过程表达较其在正常组表达明显减弱(P<0.05)。结论OPG是影响骨质疏松性骨折愈合的关键因子。 Objective To investigate the expression and function of osteoprotegerin(OPG) in the healing process of osteoporotic fracture. Methods Eight months old SD rats were randomly divided into ovariectomized group (Ovx) and sham operation group (Sham). After 3 months fed in the same way, all animals were maked fracturing. Using RT-PCR and ELISA to detect OPG and to compare data between two groups at different time. Results The expression of OPG in the healing process of osteoporotic fracture is weak. Compared with the Sham group, the expression level of OPG in Ovx group was significantly reduced (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The OPG is an critical cytokine for the healing of osteoprotic fracture.
