回转窑设备维护理论是回转窑管理与维护的依据,直接关系着企业的经济效益。回转窑设备维护理论主要包括回转窑力学行为分析、回转窑运行轴线检测与调整、回转窑主体部件健康状态建模三个方面。在分析国内外在这三方面研究成果的基础上,提出了在回转窑设备维护研究中存在的问题和发展的方向。

The maintenance theory of rotary kiln is the basis of kiln maintenance, which decides the profit of relevant company. The maintenance theory of rotary kiln mainly includes the mechanics analysis, running axis monitoring and adjustment, establishing health status model of rotary kiln. On the basis of analyzing the harvest of the three aspects, the problems of some existing problems are clarified and some directions for further studies are put forward.
