摘要 评述了2-噻吩乙酸的合成研究进展,重点介绍了WILLGERODT重排合成工艺。概括介绍了2-噻吩乙酸在医药、农药、染料等领域的应用状况以及在国内外的生产现状。指出2-噻吩乙酸合成工艺的难点在于简化生产工艺、提高反应收率、降低生产成本以及减少环境污染。建议从噻吩取代反应过程中找到一条适合工业化的工艺路线,以推动我国噻吩系列衍生物的研发工作。 The research progress of 2-thiopheneacetic acid synthesis was reviewed, with the emphasis on WILLGERODT process. The applications of 2-thiopheneacetic acid in pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye and other fields were summarized and the production situation at home and abroad was analyzed briefly. The research in future on preparing 2-thiopheneacetic acid would be to cut down the cost of production,to improve the reaction yield and to reduce the environmental pollution. It was suggested that a reasonable route be found from the substituted reaction of thiophene to promote the research of thiophene derivative in China.
