The Synthesis of the Analog of Lysophospholipid

设计了由D-甘露醇出发,经由1,2-丙酮缩甘油磷酰化、脱丙酮、磺酰化的路线,合成了一种结构中含有磺酰基团的新型溶血磷脂类似物,为这类化合物的化学合成和新的药物研究提供了一条新途径。

Taking 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane-4-methanol as a key suhstrate, through the phosphorilation, hydrolysis to remove the acetone residue,and sulfonylation at last, the analog of lysophospholipid （LP） with sulfonyl group was synthesized. A new way was given to synthesize a series of analogs of lysophospholipid（LP） to develop new medicines.
