摘要
目的:筛选灯盏花素口腔崩解片的处方和制备工艺。方法:采用均匀设计试验法,以片剂崩解时限为指标,筛选灯盏花素口腔崩解片的最佳处方。结果:按优选处方制得的灯盏花素口腔崩解片,能在35 s内崩解完全,口感良好,溶出度明显高于普通片。结论:灯盏花素口腔崩解片达到了设计要求,且制法简便。
AIM ： To optimize the formulation of breviscapine oral disintegrating tablets and preparation process. METHODS： To adopt the muhifactor and multilevel uniform design to optimize the preparation prescription,disintegrating time as the assessment index. RESULTS： The tablets prepared were finer in appearance, disintegrated within 35 s, with desirable taste. The dissolution rate was faster than breviscapine ordinary tablets. CONCLUSION ： Breviscapine oral disintegrating tablets achieve the goal of design and it is easy to operate..
