摘要
目的:建立佳蓉片中的丹皮酚和桂皮醛的HPLC测定方法。方法:Krom asil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)不锈钢色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35),检测波长:288 nm,流速:1.0 mL/m in。结果:桂皮醛进样量在0.003 683至0.018 412μg,丹皮酚进样量在0.097 92至0.489 6μg范围内线性关系良好。结论:所建立的方法准确可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
AIM: To establish an HPLC method of determining paeonol and cinnamaldehyde in Jiarong Tablet. METHODS: Column:Kromasil C18(200 mm ×4.6 mm I. D,5 μm) ;mobile phase:MeOH-H20(65: 35) ;detection wavelength was at 288 nm;flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS: The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the ranges of 0. 003 683-0. 018 412 μg for cinnamaldehyde, 0. 097 92-0. 489 6 μg for paeonol. CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Jiarong Tablet.
