纤维胆道镜治疗术后胆管残余结石1120例

Choledochofiberscope for 1120 cases of removal remnant stones of bile duct after operation

目的探讨胆管结石术后胆管残余结石应用纤维胆道镜治疗的价值。方法用纤维胆道镜对胆管结石术后胆管残余结石通过T管窦道进行反复多次取石。结果1120例胆管结石术后胆管残余结石,通过纤维胆道镜取石1792次,残石取净率91.4%,无明显并发症,随访效果满意。结论利用纤维胆道镜经T管窦道取石是治疗胆管结石术后胆管残余结石的有效方法。

Objective To explore the value of choledochofiberscope for removal remnant stones of bile duct after bilestone operation. Methods The remnant stones of bile duct after bilestone operation were performed to extract repetitiously by choledochofiberscope via T - tube sinus. Results One thousand one hundred and twenty patients with remnant bilestones after operation were fetched 1792 times by choledochofiberscope and successfully removed in 91.4%. There were no severe complication after operations and the follow - up outcomes were satisfactory. Conclusion To extract stones with choledochofiberscope via T- tube sinus is a safe and effective method that can be used to remove the remnant stones of bile duct after bilestone operation.
