小儿脊髓纵裂畸形合并脊髓栓系综合征的诊治

Evaluation on diagnosis and treatment of split cord malformation associated with tethered cord syndrome in children

目的探讨小儿脊髓纵裂畸形(SCM)合并脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析手术确诊的有临床症状的脊髓纵裂患儿35例,全部进行了X线、磁共振成像(MR I)检查,对可疑I型纵裂的患儿进行了SCT检查。临床表现、手术所见进行对照分析。结果35例患儿中I型纵裂30例,除对5例Ⅱ型纵裂显示不够清楚外,SCT/MPR均可获得较满意的图像。结论SCT/MPR能为手术提供完整的资料,是诊断脊髓纵裂的又一重要方法。

Objective To analyse clinical features, evaluate diagnostic procedures and discuss the different forms of therapy for each case of split cord malformation（SCM）. Methods The imaging characteristics of SCT/MPR were analysed and compared with X- ray,MRI,clinical features and operative findings in 35 children with SCM . Results Thirty cases were osseous. With the exception of 5 cases with fibrose septum, all the SCT/MPR finding were showed clearly. Conclusion SCT/MPR can supply important imaging data for surgery in children with SCM and it is an other important way in diagnosing it.
