急性心肌梗死患者PCI术前后血清基质金属蛋白酶水平的变化及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在急性心肌梗死患者急诊介入治疗前后的变化及临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测50例行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术治疗患者及20例冠状动脉造影正常者术前及术后第1~7天血浆MMP-9的含量。结果 心肌梗死患者PCI术前及术后血浆MMP-9水平较对照组明显升高(P〈0.01),PCI术患者在术后第1天血浆MMP-9明显升高(198±59)μg/L,并在术后第2~3天达高峰,第4~5天开始显著下降。结论 MMP-9水平增加可能是心肌缺血再灌注损伤的机制之一,MMP-9水平升高可能与缺血再灌注后的炎症损伤有关。 Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinases- 9 ( MMP - 9) in acute myocardial infarction patients before and after PCI. Methods The plasma MMP - 9 level were measured in 50 acute myocardial infarction patients and 20 control subjects 1 -7 days after PCI by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of MMP - 9 was significantly higher in AMI group than that in control group before and after PCI( P 〈0.01 ). The level of MMP-9 in AMI group began to increase on the first day and was at peak on 2 - 3 days, on 4 - 5 days after PCI it began to decrease. There was significant difference in plasma level of MMP - 9 in control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of MMP- 9 may be related to inflammatory injuries after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. The increase of MMP -9 may be one of the molecular mechanism of myocardial isehemia reperfusion injuries.
