关于鲤、鲫、草鱼对苹果渣离体消化率的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用消化道粗酶提取和体外孵育消化的方法,测定了鲤、鲫、草鱼对苹果渣的离体消化率,并以麸皮、棉籽粕为对照,评价3种鱼类对苹果渣的消化利用能力。试验结果表明,鲤、鲫、草鱼对苹果渣干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪消化率均低于棉籽粕,与麸皮相比,除粗脂肪消化率略低外,干物质和粗蛋白消化率差异不明显,尤其是草鱼对苹果渣可以较好地消化,苹果渣有可能作为能量饲料部分替代麸皮,成为杂食性及草食性鱼类的饲料源。 The digestive enzymes for the enzymolysis cultivation were extracted from digestive tracts of common carp (Cyprinus carpio L), crucian carp (Carassius auratus ) and grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus ). The apple pemace was digested by the digestive enzymes in vitro at 30 ℃, compared with wheat bran and cottonseed meal, to determine its digestibihty in vitro. The results showed that the fishes had lower in vitro digestibilities for dry matter, crude protein, crude hpid in apple pemace than those in cottonseed meal, and similar in vitro digestibilities to wheat bran except in vitro digestibihty of crude hpid, indicating that these fishes, especially grass carp, digest the apple pomace well, and the wheat bran could partly been substituted with the apple pomace as a kind of energy feedstuff. It was implied that apple pemace be an acceptable feedstuff source in aquaculture.
