摘要
介绍了光学晶体消光比测量的基本原理:利用光电接收元件测量出光学晶体内在正交偏光镜间和平行偏光镜间透射光强之比(退偏度),取退偏度倒数的对数乘10可得消光比值(dB);介绍了光学晶体消光比测量仪的组成。对比传统测试方法分析了本测量仪的优点。
The basic principle of Optic-crystal Extinction-ratio testing and the composition of the Optic-crystal Extinction-ratio measuring instrument were introduced..To compare with the traditional testing method, we analyzed the advantage of this measure instrument.
